| New Beginnings workshop division is considered Botswana’s leading service providers in holistic employee training and development. With the advent of our South African office being opened, our workshops are now being rolled out into the entire SADC region.
Both nationally and internationally, there is a positive move within business and corporate circles to develop their employees holistically through self-empowerment and team building programmes. New Beginnings offer programmes that promote belief changes that result in positive and empowering behavioral modification.
The New Beginnings workshops in essence are about freedom and the empowerment of each individual to uncover their true potential thereby discovering the “magnificent shining diamond” that they are. In our workshops, we create a cradle of trust and harmony. This allows delegates to drop their barriers thereby feeling safe and, many for the first time in their lives, are able to look at themselves through honest, constructive and respectful eyes.
The workshops are designed through various processes and techniques to assist with the uncovering of one’s real truth thereby allowing everybody to SHINE. When everyone feels safe to SHINE, we automatically create a win-win situation and with this attitude, not only does each delegate feel empowered in his or her work and personal lives, the knock on effect goes back into their companies and communities.
All the New Beginnings workshops are totally interactive allowing the delegates to experience everything practically that we teach, in doing so they take ownership of their own journey and have the ability to implement the teachings into their lives without having to be facilitated. |
